Data Platform User Console Shows Null Data When Using Trial License

If you are using a trial license, the Data Platform User Console will only display data after you run a Normalize process. Prior to running a Normalize process all statistical numbers on the User Console landing page will show null values. Also, if you browse any Manufacturers or Categories on the User Console prior to running a Normalize process, the system will display a “No Results” message.
